I started working out with Sandi by doing her Saturday Fit Clubs last spring, and then joined full-time in December.  I first started noticing the physical changes over the summer.  The first change was that I no longer need blood pressure meds - which theoretically – may have saved my life.  The second change I noticed was my body starting to shrink.  The ladies in class are so encouraging, and one lady actually called me "the incredible shrinking woman".  The third change was my endurance.  When I first started, I was strictly a “walker”, but just last week for the first time ever…I was able to jog an entire mile without stopping- we meet up outside of Fit Club on Sundays to run/walk as a group socially. Most importantly, along with these physical changes, my friends and family have noticed my attitude changing as well.  I have my confidence back, and I’ve been told I just generally look much happier.  I now wear short sleeves with pride, and I’m so excited at what I’ll be able to contribute to my softball team this summer. Although I still have a ways to go to reach my ultimate goals - with Sandi’s help - I know I can achieve them. - S.O.

-I have been working with Sandi for little over a month. Being a small business owner, it is hard to find the time to spend on yourself, but it is a must! Fit club has helped me "stick at" a regular exercise routine.....everyone knows that you need physical activity to lead a healthy life....but who wants to go to the gym and run on the treadmill all the time?   Maybe some people, but it definitely doesn't work for me!   I love that Sandi changes up the workouts and challenges you to do things that you didn't think you could and I like that there are others at fit club that have similar goals to me so I can learn from them.  

Beyond just the change in appearance that I see in the mirror (15.7 lbs of fat lost), I have seen and felt a whole host of other benefits: I am less stressed and definitely have a more positive outlook and despite the 4am alarm clock ringing, I am certainly not tired.  A good workout in the morning also makes you want to eat better during the day and I now can't think of starting my day any other way! –K.M.

-Lost the 8 of the 10 pounds that I gained from the holidays in 2 weeks.

-Went from hating to run and barely able to run continuously for 3 miles to loving running and running 4.5 miles at a time (in less than a month).

-I haven't taken measurements yet but have noticed overall tightening of areas that use to jiggle.  My abs are starting to flatten out and I'm getting a 2-pack in my upper AB area.

-I'm able to do most exercises with a minimum of 12 pound weights - some with as much as 20 pound weights!

-I'm usually a very emotional person with a lot of mood swings.  My emotions have become extremely stable and I a lot calmer since I've committed to an exercise program.  I has helped greatly with managing stress as well.  I'm rarely (if ever) stressed.

-I went from not being able to do any pull-ups by myself to doing about 10 before my arms feel like they will fall off. I've learned (and still learning) the proper form for the exercises. I've discovered a passion for health & fitness that I never knew I had.

I have known Sandi for several years, having participated in a boot camp workout that she facilitated.  Since joining Fit Club small group workouts, I have enjoyed gains in strength and endurance.  It's fun and challenging to work out with the equipment in a small group vs. sometimes feeling lost in the crowd at boot camp.

I LOVE my Fit Club classes.  The workouts are never the same, my body is constantly challenged - in a good way and the classes are fun.  Since becoming a member 4 months ago, I have lost over 18 inches from my body.  I am in better shape than I have been in over 5 years.  I am also a happier, more balanced person and my stress level has definitely decreased.  Thank you to the coaches for their never ending words of encouragement and helping my achieve my goals so quickly.  I have completely become a Fit Club junkie. -M.K.

T3 has it all!  A lot of trainers claim to specialize in many services but Sandi and T3 Fitness really do.  For me, it all started with pilates.  Pilates stepped up to Metabolic Core Conditioning....which challenges your abs even more through a cardio intense core workout.  It is one of the best classes I have ever taken!  Then I realized that Sandi was a triathlete and specialized in triathlon training.  I hired her to put together a training plan for an upcoming half iron man but it turned into so much more..... She started with a functional movement evaluation, health assessment and then an evaluation of all three sports.  Her consulting work continued with nutrition counseling, further core strengthening, weight training via her Fit Clubs, and even assistance in making the equipment purchases (bike, wetsuit, etc).   I was new to triathlon training and she offered advice and suggestions to things I never even thought of!   I had high expectations but Sandi exceeded them.   She is focused, listens and is extremely responsive.  She loves what she does and makes it fun for you too.  My habits have changed in just 12 weeks and I am seeing amazing results!  I feel strong, fit and healthy.  At 40, I feel and look the best that I have in 15 years!  Thank you T3 Fitness for helping me find my energy again!  -L.O.

I first came to T3 - Fitness as a guest in January for a Fit Club on one of Sandi's 90 minute Saturday mornings.  I had already started to lose some weight towards a pretty lofty goal by then, but immediately became a monthly member.  I have been part of Sandi's 12 week bikini challenge and by consistently doing 2 of the Fit Clubs per week on average I lost another 11 lbs and 15 inches for the 12 weeks.  The diet and exercise plan work when you definitely stick to it.  And - when you fall off, Sandi is right there to get you back on the train.  I have done many diets, workout routines over the years and have never made a lifestyle change.  I believe in Sandi's results so much, I became an annual member where I signed up for 2 classes per week for a year.  And the best part is if you are busy or don't make it to one, Sandi is flexible and you can make one up whenever you want.  I have about 14 weeks until my wedding, have lost 30 lbs and am about 10-15 away from my goal.  I am confident that if I stick to the diet plan and up my workouts, I will reach it without any problem.   I highly recommend coming to try out a fit club at anytime to anyone who is trying to lose a little, a lot, or just tone up.  I have biceps for the first time in years!  And - the best part is you don't have to think about it - each time you come the workout is designed for you and is never the same.  What I learned - you can do ANYTHING for 60 seconds at Fit Club.  Thank you Sandi for making me a believer, motivating me to stay on track, and being there for me when I fall off the wagon.  Let's face it, everyone wants to cheat once in a while, it is the once in a while combined with a healthy lifestyle and diet and exercise routine that keep it off!  I look forward to continuing to be a member and recruiting whoever I can - you get the best results I have ever gotten.  And at 34, I am in a size I haven't been in since before I was 25 years old. -N.B.
